Applying for Jobs
Browsing jobs
From your dashboard, you’ll see a list of matched jobs based on your profile. You can also browse all open roles at springrole.io/jobs and filter by:
- Job type (full-time, fractional, contract)
- Work arrangement (on-site, remote, hybrid)
- Work pass eligibility
- Category / industry
Applying
To apply for a role, click Apply on any job card. Your profile and CV are sent to the employer immediately. You don’t need to fill out a separate application form.
You can only apply for a job once. To withdraw an application, go to My Applications and click Withdraw — this is only available while the application is still in the “matched” stage.
Tracking your applications
Go to My Applications from the sidebar to see the status of every role you’ve applied to:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Matched | Your application was sent and is awaiting employer review |
| In review | The employer is reviewing your profile |
| Interviewing | The employer wants to interview you |
| Offered | You’ve received an offer |
| Completed | The process is complete |
| Rejected | The employer has passed on your application |
CV analysis
SpringRole includes a CV Analysis tool that lets you check how well your profile matches a specific job description before applying. Go to CV Analysis from your dashboard, paste in the job title and description, and get a breakdown of your fit.
