By using SpringRole (“the platform”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use SpringRole

You must be at least 18 years old to use SpringRole. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any files you upload (including your CV).

2. Candidate accounts

As a candidate, you may:

  • Create one account per person
  • Upload your own CV and professional information
  • Apply for jobs listed on the platform

You may not:

  • Create accounts on behalf of others
  • Upload CVs or content that belongs to someone else
  • Use the platform to scrape or collect data about other users

3. Employer accounts

As an employer, you may:

  • Post genuine job listings for roles at your organisation
  • Review profiles and CVs of candidates who have applied to your listings
  • Contact candidates via their provided email address

You may not:

  • Post fake or misleading job listings
  • Use candidate data for purposes other than hiring for the listed role
  • Share candidate CVs or personal data with third parties

4. Content

You are responsible for content you upload to SpringRole, including CVs and job descriptions. You must not upload content that is false, harmful, or infringes on any third party’s rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI processing

SpringRole uses AI to parse CVs and generate profile summaries and job match insights. These outputs are informational and may not be perfectly accurate. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of liability

SpringRole is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that matches will result in successful hires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
