SpringRole connects job seekers in Singapore with employers looking for top talent. The process is straightforward on both sides.
For candidates
- Create your profile — sign up with your email, upload your CV, and fill in your preferences (job type, availability, work pass).
- Get matched — our system surfaces roles that fit your profile and experience.
- Apply — browse matched jobs and apply with one click. Your profile and parsed CV are sent directly to the employer.
- Track your applications — monitor the status of your applications from your dashboard: matched, in review, interviewing, offered, or completed.
For employers
- Create an account — sign up, verify your email, and set up your company profile.
- Post a job — describe the role, requirements, and compensation. A summary is auto-generated to help candidates understand the position.
- Review candidates — matched candidates appear in your pipeline. View their profile, experience, and CV.
- Manage your pipeline — move candidates through stages (in review, interviewing, offered) and schedule interviews directly from the platform.
Matching
SpringRole uses a combination of profile data (skills, experience, work pass type, job type preference) and job requirements to surface relevant matches on both sides. The goal is quality over volume — candidates see roles they’re actually suited for, and employers see candidates who fit the brief.
CV parsing
When a candidate uploads their CV, SpringRole extracts key information automatically: job title, skills, years of experience, work history, and a professional summary. This data populates the candidate’s profile and is shown to employers alongside their application.
Candidates can update their CV at any time from their dashboard. The profile is refreshed with each new upload.
